Platinum took care of my dad for a few weeks when he was at a short term rehab facility. They provided overnight care so that he would feel comfortable sleeping at night in a foreign environment. The supervisor Johnny communicated timely on the care and staffing. The caregiver Ian was attentive to my dad’s needs advocating for him since my dad wasn’t able to communicate well. He made sure he was changed to prevent infections and kept him clean until the morning facility staff returned. Highly recommend this agency.
