They help my loved one with their shower, and that helps me. I would recommend them. They could lower their fees. They are very expensive, especially for a shower.

They gave her companionship. I would never let anyone into my house without a camera. I think they should have to bring a clear bag because things might have been stolen.

They can hire better people. They make my life easier by having my caregivers show. I know that my loved one is well taken care of for at least a few hours. If the elderly person has complete mental capacity, then I would recommend them. If they don't, I wouldn't. One caregiver would drink alcohol in the kitchen.

It has definitely helped all of us out, meaning my family and I. My loved one seems to like them as well. I think the office staff is very conscientious. They work really hard to make sure everything goes smoothly. Sometimes the help that they get isn't always perfect, but it is a good company and worth a try.
