My caregivers do a lot for me that I can't do for myself. They're very kind and very willing to do anything that I ask. They anticipate my needs and take care of things before I have to ask. They're very self-directed and I appreciate that. It's really nice because with the two caregivers I have right now, we have been able to set a schedule of what we do each day that they come, and we're able to get a lot done. Sometimes, I get cancellations and there's never anybody that can fill in for the person that is missing that day. When they go on vacation, it's hard to find someone to fill in for those days. It's nothing personal about the company or the care that I get, but there's sometimes scheduling conflicts.

I don't have any problems with this. I like that they come to the house and they evaluate them. They're super nice. They ask the client about what care she needs. I like that their pay is better than most and I like the people I am in contact with. I also like that they're really good with rescheduling if we need to do that.
