I was given professional advice from one of their caregivers that resulted in a serious injury to my wife. We put full trust in them believing that it was the best thing to do. As a result we have incurred numerous additional expenses that are not covered by insurance. They have refused to accept any responsibility for this incident that was their recommendation. They haven't even offered to share the responsibility. Because of their lack of concern for our welfare I am unable to recommend their service.

Crest Hospice provided end of life care for my wife battling pancreatic cancer. I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality of the care. Nurses visited once or twice a day as necessary. They eased her pain with drug therapy and counseled us (extended family) as to what was physically happening during the entire process. I could not have been more pleased with the service. The nurses were excellent. The support staff was equally attentive and responsive. Multiple team members advised us on the many aspects of the end of life process from financial to spiritual to funeral arrangements.

When the Nurse caring for my brother said " I do not work for you, I work for the doctor" I was glad they would no longer be taking care of him. When the patient is not in the primary position I would say the company is out of balance. The doctor writes the order but there is a person attached to that order and that is the person you should be treating with the utmost respect, because without that pateint you would just have a peice of paper.

My mother is in crest home health care at home program.The nurses and people they send can't seem to do anything right.she has been in and out of the hospital I feel it is because they are not doing things properly.I am now looking for a new home health.I would not recomend useing them!
