I am a current client and they have too many continuous call outs by their staff members. And they cannot provide any solutions to resolve theses issues. Which leaves the client without the proper home care services they need.

Since day one of calling Shakeira of Magnolia Home Care she has given me and mother nothing less than the best Care and Support. I just can't say enough about her level of care, it's truly above and beyond the call of duty. This lady has accepted and responded to my mother's needs throughout the day, whether morning, noon, or night not once complaining or showing signs of frustrations. Shakeira took on total responsibility to see that all the services and supports that my mother may need or require were addressed. I just can't thank you enough Magnolia, specifically Shakeira. I certainly don't want forget to thank Ms. Vera who also assisted us with our needs doing a great job as well. I have developed a LOVE for you guys that wont ever end.

Magnolia Home Care has been a true extension of our family. The level of care and professionalism has far exceeded our expectations, and Mrs. Wright and the attentive care givers have taken excellent care of our family member who has been suffering from stage 4 Cancer. It’s hard to see your loved one in pain and the staff has been extremely diligent in keeping our family member as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Magnolia Home Care for their services and giving peace of mind to your family. They are incredibly responsive and even though I am not living in the same state, Mrs Wright constantly keeps me up to date on progress and every aspect of her care.

Magnolia provides full service for our loved one by using a Hoyer left.They arrive on time and all the caregivers are very respectful. We also have a big dog and they made sure that the caregivers liked dogs.
