We look at items like safety risks, layout of living arrangements, the medical equipment they have in home or communities and create a care plan that our clients can benefit from. We also have a program called Senior Gems, in partnership with Teepa Snow, which trains our caregivers on helping our clients that have Dementia or Alzheimer's.
