The caregiver my father had was fine. Basically all we really needed was someone help him do his laundry and household chores, and take him to therapy. My father did not need anybody giving him medicine or giving him bath. Just someone to help him do basic chores. So the caregiver the agency sent was quite okay. They found somebody immediately. The person that they were supposed to send I guess broke their wrist or something, so they sent the women that we had. I heard no complaints from my dad so I guess he was comfortable with her. They were fine with each other. I just thought the entire service was pretty expensive for what we needed. My only suggestion is that maybe they provide continuum-based services at a lower rate.
