I feel the involvement from management is not always as active as it should be. But I do appreciate our caregivers and the help. I like that the staff is very friendly, but they could improve on having the administration be more involved in the case plans and check to make sure everything is going well.

They are a good company, and the caregivers are good, but the office is not that efficient and they make a lot of mistakes. It is an awkward situation.
