My father is using Superior Care Home Care. Everything's been very positive. We were able to establish care to the personnel. She's very proactive and caring. My parents feel comfortable with her. She's very upbeat and positive, which is great. She's like a busy bee and looks for ways to spend quality time with my father. My mom and my sister were cleaning out a closet. They found a chessboard. I guess my dad alluded that he used to play. My mom doesn't really have the energy or the time to do that, so the caregiver offered. She was like, "Oh maybe one day we can do an activity, and we can play." I thought that was very thoughtful. I know that it would be also helpful to him to have an activity that he not only would enjoy, but will get him thinking and using his hands.

Superior Care Home Care was really good. The last days that they were working with me, the people that they sent me, they were amazing. They cared and they did a lot of accommodations for me. They fed my mom, they changed her, they did light duty cleaning like dishes and cleaning her bathroom. Her bathroom was spotless. One lady named Carmen was awesome, she was really, really good. I used them for three weeks. The nurse and the administrator were super awesome people. They're very understanding and very lovely people. They were like, 'Anytime you need us, we're here for you,' and I cannot thank them enough because they helped me. They were excellent people. Out of all the people who called me, they were the most affordable. They would go the extra mile and they accommodated my needs. I wanted someone from 12 to 4 at least three days a week, which is hard to find somebody for those hours because normally the caregivers would want to start early, but they were able to find someone for that, so they were really good.

Our overall experience with Superior Care Home Care is very good. The two people that they have sent are taking care of my friends. They have been very reliable, thorough, polite, and professional. Specifically for Sharon, they help get her out of bed to the bathroom, clean her up and then they make a light breakfast. They cook basically whatever they ask for basically. They also do lunch, snacks and another meal for dinner before they leave and go home. Prior to that, they get Sharon cleaned up and ready for bed. Billing is automatic, so I don't really see any issues with that. We have worked out the scheduling and I haven't had any issues with not having people there during that time we needed someone.
