A friend of mine knows Robin's sister in law. We did some research about preferred care and we liked their service and rates so we decided to go with them. We've been with them for quite a few years. It made a difference between my wife being in a nursing home and being at home. They provided better care and more attention. They pretty much take care of everything as far as maintaining the household and caring for my wife.

I actually hired Preferred Care because of Robin. I know her personally. We started with them about 2 and a half years ago for my grandmother. She had a wonderful experience with them. It was a great experience over all. She never had any issues with any of the caregivers. Everybody was courteous, polite and timely. They definitely took great care of my grandmother. They helped with with bathing, meal preparation, medication administration and other daily activities. I was really happy with their service.

I was very pleased with Robin's services. I heard of Robin trough a friend of mine. I was trying to figure out what to do for my wife and he suggested to call Robin. At that time my wife was in a nursing home and I wanted to bring her home. So I got in touch with Robin and I was impressed with her program and everything. We had long term care with them and I had tried to get long term care between my wife and the nursing home. Before I could get it going, she came home. So I told Robin about it she said she can help me which she did. She knew how to talk to these people. That really impressed me. She's really well versed in business activities and she's a hard worker. There were about 4 caregivers that we had over time. I was also really impressed with the one caregiver that she sent but there were all very good and knowledgeable. She is pretty good in screening people.
