We have a multitude of issues with Caregiver Services Inc. It's a very, very busy place, it's so hard when there's paperwork that needs to come through for the insurance, and the caregivers have their own issues and everybody is blaming each other. But I will say that the staff is very nice especially the Care Manager who I feel has my daughter's best interest in mind and makes sure that she is well-cared for.

The worst experience ever! Dealt with someone named Nina to complain about the care my mother was getting. She was rude and very terse in her tone! I would never hire this company since they send out help that cant even speak English and when I complained to Nina, she was rude and told me that I should learn to understand people better. They sent me another Nurse and the same thing happened! They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with in all the years of handling my mother's affairs.
