We hired Firstlantic Healthcare for my mother. The staff was OK, there wasn't anything exceptional about them, but my issues were with the caregivers primarily. I had a caregiver who fell asleep, one did not show up, and another texted the entire time. I had a caregiver who tried to coordinate a side deal, and I had a couple of caregivers who were awesome.

I first experienced Firstlantic when my grandmother needed home Health care. Firstlantic walked me through everything I need to do and obtain. It was such a difficult and emotional time for us and I was comforted knowing they’re just a phone call away. They got our family through a difficult time and helped guide us and explain things to us when we didn’t understand. Thank you first lantic. They were always on time, responsive, kind and caring. Thank you!!

Firstlantic Healthcare is a wonderful company. The office staff is so professional and nice every time I call. Ms. Rodney is always so helpful. Catherine is my caregiver and has been for many many months now. I was paralyzed over a year ago due to an operation on my heart. It has been a very difficult year for me. When I first found out I needed an aide to be with me 6 hours a day I was very scared and concerned that I would not be comfortable with that person. Catherine goes above and beyond what a caregiver does. She is always kind and happy and in a good mood. She takes care of me incredibly. I am so thankful for her and I look forward to seeing her every day. She makes my life bearable. Catherine and the company of Firstlantic Healthcare has been a blessing in my life and we consider them part of our family.
