JJ's & M Home Care came in for a few hours each day just to do a wellness check and just to provide some company for mom for a few hours a day. That's all it was. The caregiver was very good and very caring. She communicated with my mother fine. There were no issues. I used them for about a week or so while we went on vacation. They're easy to work with. They were willing to do the cleaning, but I didn't require that. I just wanted somebody to go in there and be there when she was going to take a shower, check on her, make sure she ate, and just provide chitchat.

The agency was very professional and kind. The caregivers are always on time and they communicate very efficiently with me .The agency provides home care services I was very happy with their services I would recommend them to any one who is looking for home care services. The response to my needs was excellent and top of the line they had so much compassion.
