The caregivers were attentive, polite, cheerful and interested in my mother. They followed her lead as to their activity and involvement in her day-to-day needs, including cooking and being a companion. They monitored her medicines and called if they had concerns. We worked with Janelle, Kerry Ann and Louise. The scheduling was flexible and we had immediate responses from Ray as well. Great group!

Priority Care was fantastic — they responded immediately and provided a terrific aide for the next day on very short notice. Mathilda took care of my mom for seven days and was just amazing in every way — she was loving, friendly, easygoing and kind, while also being skilled, safety-oriented and capable of every task. I spent time with her during that week and found her to be delightful and trustworthy. I would call this agency again without hesitation and would love to have the benefit of Mathilda’s loving care again.

Outstanding private duty aides for my Mom in her assisted living apartment. My Mom is very particular and Rosita gained acceptance by great caring and patience. Communication with family and facility staff is excellent. Priority Care is dependable, professional, and trustworthy. Highly recommend their services.

Mom needed some extra help after moving into assisted living. PHC found the perfect caregiver/companion for her. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care she receives. It has made all the difference. PHC has also been great with last minute requests when we needed someone for an extra day. I would not hesitate to recommend PHC.

Priority Care services looked after my father for several months and did an excellent job. The aides were wonderful and I always felt that my father was in good hands with his regular aides, Alice and Tasia, as well as the other aides who helped out. The agency was also very responsive and answered my calls immediately. I had great peace of mind that my father was well looked after when I could not be there.
