We have been using this service for about a year now, for my elderly mother and my disabled sister. We have nothing but the highest praise for Carmen and the service that has been provided. To be more specific, I would rate the service 5 out of 5 stars on all the following types of care provided: Doctor Visit Companionship, Light Housekeeping, Transfer Assistance, Dressing And Grooming, Bathing And Toileting, Exercise, Home Maintenance, Companionship, Meal Preparation, Errand And Grocery Assistance. Even more important than the excellent care itself, is perhaps the fact that Carmen D. is a wonderful person who is truly dedicated to her craft, and she really cares about the people she helps care for. She and her crew especially deserves commendation for the way that they have handled the COVID-19 situation. We truly appreciate the extra effort involved in following all the COVID-19 related guidelines and thus, keeping our family safe. We consider it a blessing to have the services of Carmen and her crew. We couldn't have asked for a better home-care provider.
