Worst experience ever. Hired for night shift and was advised by Dom their staff stays awake , can administer pain medication . We had 2 different aides BOTH slept . 2 times issue with missing pain meds / "spilled" We have photos of all sleeping aides , one stealing water due to her home having no water. They refunded water, awaiting full refund .They tried to provide their "top employees" 2 of 3 slept took water and missing medication and SLEPT the whole shift and did not rotate patient , they were all shown home had cameras we made no secret . We showed where each were located . PLEASE go elsewhere they are not providing qualified staff at all . This is what their staff thinks of terminally ill people and families .Beyond horrified !!!!!!!!

I used this agency for my mom's hospices care. They were incredible, all four aids caring for my mom were friendly and compassionate. They made sure mom was consistently clean and comfortable. I was so impressed with the way the night aids handled my restless mother. The staff in their office were also very involved with my mothers care which was extremely helpful. Having Heaven's Hands on my side gave me so much relief and allowed me to cherish the last few moments with my dying mother. I would with out a doubt recommend this agency .

The services offered by Heavens Hands was literally a gift from God. The nurses they sent to care for my father were nothing short of pleasant, caring and prompt in every way. They came after my mother passed and my father who has survived several strokes and suffers from acute Altimzers was left to care for himself. The aides not only cared for my father every need but they also help not only my father but our family cope while we were grieving. We could not have made the transition without their support. They have become like family. If you are looking for a dedicated and sincere team to care for your loved one I highly recommend Heaven Hands!

This agency took care of my father until he eventually passed to cancer. The care representatives where extremely attentive and knowledgeable. They knew about hospice and how to take care of a hospice patient. My father was given around the clock care by two wonderful Aides. Very pleased with the service and would overall recommend working with Heaven's Hands

I have used many Home care agencies in the past to take care of my mother but none compare to Heaven's Hands. My 86 year old mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2014 and her mental state quickly deteriorated, she could no long live alone, I wish I had found Heavens Hands sooner, before meeting Shantel (the owner) I was at my wits end with home care agencies, the caregiver either didn't show up or weren't attentive when they did, I would complain but nothing would be done. A friend from church recommended Heaven's Hands and I have not had a problem since. My mother now has a caring, experienced caregiver who lives at home with her. Truly the best decision I made. The ladies at Heaven's Hands actually care about their clients and want to make a difference in the lives of the elderly.
