We used Sheraton Homecare for my dad. The live-in was with us for a little bit and that was good. What I liked so much about Sheraton is they sent somebody out to come and meet my mom and meet us. They asked a lot of questions as to what kind of care because my dad wasn't back from the hospital yet, so they really got to know us and who they would be taking care of. My mom is quite independent and needed a personality to match her. They spent quite a bit of time, and that was what was really awesome, asking questions, and we were able to ask questions. And then using that, they matched us with somebody with the needs and the personalities of my parents. They hit it on the mark with the person; they picked out a young lady who was fabulous. She's a perfect match for my parents. The first time they tried, and she did so well with working with my dad, being very knowledgeable, and very helpful, but she also knew when to kind of step back and let my parents live their life, and that was really impressive. Sheraton had sent a representative to come out and ask questions, and they matched her with my parents. She stayed with my parents until my dad died and a few days after my dad died. She lived with my parents; she lived in the guest bedroom. She was a live-in, and there was another person that would come in overnight to just kind of be awake because Daddy had been getting out of bed a little bit, and my mom has Alzheimer's, and she was trying to help Daddy with stuff, and so they had to have somebody there so the live-in could sleep. They came out and spent a lot of time with my mom and dad and with me, talking and asking questions, and that amount of time and personal contact was very important for them to find a match, and so they matched her up with my mom and dad. So that was very, very important, and very impressive.
