We Care Home Health provides patients with highly skilled nursing care. We offer 24/7 nursing, nurse case management, high-tech medical equipment and medical supplies. Since our patients need highly skilled professionals, we are continually teaching and providing opportunities for nurses and other staff to grow their knowledge and skill levels. Our nurses provide one-on-one patient care and are surrounded by a team of professionals that are available at all times to ensure our patients are well taken care of as needed. We also offer in home care (unskilled nursing care) provided by a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant. Some of the services include; assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating and housekeeping tasks. Whether you need these services on a regular basis, or to assist you while you recover after a surgery, our caregivers can help you in your day-to day tasks while on your road to recovery.
