We are a full service home health agency, licensed, bonded and insured. We provide full range of services including among others: SKILLED NURSING Our skilled nursing staff will provide all required services, including health assessment, disease management, post-surgical care, wound care and consulting about individual patients plan of care. PHYSICAL THERAPY Our licensed physical therapists help patients recover from injuries, surgeries and stroke related disabilities. Patients will learn to regain functions by training to use walker or wheelchair. We assist with aerobics, water aerobics, exercise, energy conservation and related diet regimens. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY We will help patients to regain daily living skills such as bathing, dressing and toileting to help them return to prior level of independence. We will perform a risk assessment of the patient's home and make recommendations to improve client's safety. We also provide Speech Therapy and services by Medical Social Workers and Certified Home Health Aides.
