Nova Home Hospice stands out among the rest for its superior care, professionalism, and compassionate attention. Their staff are highly qualified and consistently responsive to every need. They are efficient and they take the time to ensure patients and their families feel individually valued and cared for. My dear father received home health and hospice (HH&H) services on and off for 4 years. If only we had discovered Nova first. The other providers were consistently hurried and sporadic in responsiveness. Our family thought maybe there were just too many HH&H patients in the SoCal region to expect high quality care from such a busy, overworked, underpaid industry. Nova Home Health and Hospice gave us hope again that it IS possible to receive genuine compassion and thorough care for HH&H needs. Our family cannot thank this company enough. From Yvonne the director to Michael the administrator to Eileen the owner - this company knows what they are doing, they do it to the absolute best of their ability, they love helping people, and they demonstrate integrity, honesty, and compassion on a daily basis.
