They have had some really good aides that have been terrific with my mom, and they always seem to find someone if there are any schedule changes. The caregivers really go above and beyond and try to have a connection with my mom.

So far, every one of the caregivers we have had has been good with my mom. They are very professional and have good energy. Having the services is helpful and gives me peace of mind knowing my mom has care.

The three gentlemen that we've had as caregivers are really good. We've had issues in the past, but they're caring and good at communicating with us, always trying to do the right thing. They communicate with us and let us know what is happening. From an invoicing standpoint, that's also been straightforward. The only issue that I've had is that I wanted to tip the guys, and it seemed like the new billing portal was not conducive to that.

They are reliable, and the caregivers know what they are supposed to do; they come in and look professional. They know the building and who to reach out to if something is wrong with the residents. They are amazing and helpful They are very helpful; they let you know what time the caregiver is going to be there.

Mom was in excellent hands with the women of CareAmerica. Constantly by her side making sure she was comfortable. Couldn’t have done the last two weeks of Moms life without them. And my mission of having Mom pass away at home was accomplished. Extremely grateful
