They came out and assessed my mothers condition, accepted the job Committed to start a 7 am shift the following day and then never showed up. My mother was left without care and they didn't even have the courtesy to call.

A Better Solution would come in two days a week for four hours. They take care of light housekeeping, cooking, and taking care of my father's personal needs. We're giving $30 an hour, and most of the agencies I inquired about are at $32-$34 an hour. The caregiver, her name's Maria, she's really good. She's patient, kind, and a very attentive person.

We contacted A Better Solution, and the next day, they had someone visit us to explain the service they provide. They gave us an immediate quote of what the charges would be for the care of my mother. In a couple of days, I was able to get someone to come over. My mom didn’t care very much for the first lady that came, so they sent out a second caregiver who has been with us for the last two months. He is really fantastic. We are very happy with him. If I want to change the schedule, I give them a call, and they talk to our caregiver, so it is very easy. They bill directly to our credit card and send us a weekly invoice depending on how much we use, and so it is good.

Since I am over 1000 miles away from my aunt who has been using the services of A Better Solution, I must depend on their care givers. My aunt is 101 years old and able to remain in her own home because of the loving and competent care that she receives. I am informed of any change in her health, both mental and physical. I cannot say enough about the quality of care that my aunt receives.
