I have a referral from my orthopaedist for at-home physical therapy. I found All In One on my health insurance "find a provider" website, and I also called my insurance to ensure the provider would be covered, so I asked my orthopaedist to fax the referral to All In One. I then received a call from All In One asking about my insurance and I gave them a phone number to call to confirm my insurance would cover the services. I received a 2nd call saying they can't help me because they couldn't find me on the United Healthcare system. I explained my insurance works with United Healthcare providers and asked if they called the number I gave. She said no and refused to even call to confirm I would be covered, just told me they won't help me because they don't want to not be paid for the PT. Today, I called my insurance to explain what happened, and the woman offered to call All In One for me. When she called them, she was instead told the reason they can't help me is because they don't have the staff available to provide at-home PT. I'm curious why I was told something completely different yesterday than what my insurance company was told today.

My parents' experience with All In One was very good. The caregivers were very good. They cook, help with bathing, and also do some light housekeeping. We liked them. The scheduling was very good and the billing was OK.
