This company is the best to do business with. The owner knows how to run her company. The care is great, the rates are phenomenal, and the owner is great. I highly recommend AHC services. My grandpa was never abandoned or left alone. No problems with this company at all. My grandpa was provided with grooming, bathing, feeding, diaper changes, housekeeping, etc. The owner always got back to me when I had questions.

On 9/04/20, this agency and I terminated our agreement for services. Initially, the owner/manager had asked for 2 weeks payment in advance, but since they only worked 3 days, she owed us a refund. After the termination, she agreed to pay after 30 days. Then, she stated that she'd already sent a check in the mail. I asked for confirmation (check # and date), but at this point she stopped communicating with me. This forced me to pursue her in small claims court, which was recently settled in my favor. All I want is for her to return our money for services not rendered. I'm not asking for anything that doesn't belong to me. Therefore, my experience with this agency is that the owner/manager has been dishonest, unscrupulous, and unresponsive in attempts to communicate with her. I have a court judgment clearly agreeing with the evidence that the owner/manager owes me the refund for services not rendered. Please beware of this agency. I strongly urge you to look them up on the Better Business Bureau website.

The agency has been caring for my dad for 5 months and 1 week now. The owner is young but very compassionate. This was the only agency we contacted and that was able to meet with me and my sister on a Sunday. The owner did an amazing job helping us transition my dad with moving into my home and accepting help from a caregiver. She was just outstanding in making us feel comfortable and reassured. The caregivers are always on time, they are very attentive to my dads needs. And they do not sit on their cell phones . We had other agencies that were caring for our mom and every time we turned around all we seen was the caregiver on her cell phone. Assured Hands Caregiving has been a great experience so far. The communication and care has been phenomenal! We are very pleased with the agency.

This agency provided caretaking for my 90 year old Mother. The caretakers were professional & did a great job. The owner though, could never be reached & I had to always call one of the caretakers if I had a question/concern. I also found out that all but one caretaker was not even an employee of this agency & never went through a background check as her contract stated. This agency abandoned caretaking of my Mom; no one showed up for their shift & the owner would never respond to my texts or calls.

What I appreciate most is that the owner made sure that my dad would have a caregiver that has the skills to provide the right level of care for my dad. She is completely understanding and compassionate. The agency is consistent with the same caregivers. So far we have been with the agency for almost 4months now and we are very pleased with their services.
