I found these people to not only be very caring and instinctly aware and anticipatory of our mom's needs, but the quality of every one of the people they sent out was well above those that were sent out a couple of years ago from another caregiving company I used in San Jose for another elderly relative. This company was a breath of fresh air, in comparison. At Community Caregivers we had only to match personalities (between mom and the caregivers) to find care givers who were compasionate, made themselves useful and fit well into our home environment and routine. And once we found a match for the paricular schedule we needed (which varied over time), there was little turnover which is important when familiarity and consistency is less disruptive to an elderly person. I would and have recommended this cargiving company to others.
