I am very happy I chose to use the services of Familiar Surroundings Home Care for several reasons. First, they are incredibly experienced, professional and communicative. When you need care on a personal level it is important to know that they respond at a moment's notice. Second, they provided me with the same caregiver consistently and we worked well together. I was by myself in a rented Airbnb in the area so that I could get to/from physical therapy and medical appointments at Stanford Health. My caregiver was very knowledgable with where everything was located in the entire south bay and I never missed an appointment. Third, the quality of service is top notch, whether it be the management team, the office staff, or the caregivers. They are all great people who really cared about my health and wellbeing. I highly recommend the company and would use them again if needed. Five stars!
