The caregivers are always on a schedule and get breakfast for Richard when they come in. They do whatever he needs. It's hard to take care of him myself and get him to take a shower and get cleaned up daily. He has diarrhea a lot also. Because of the caregiver, I get to sit down and take a break. When she is here, she does everything to help him, and that gives me a break.

They can only do things within the house. The house cleaning practically means zero. I cannot do bed changes or laundry and need help. They need to change their rules.
