I am a guy with the spinal cord injury and recently just got out of the hospital after six months. Encompass rehabilitation recommended Cerna homecare. My experience with them was excellent. The caregivers they provided for me were professional, and very courteous. Gisele and Vanessa both were very easy to work with and we're very kind. They both showed up on time which is very important to me especially at 6 AM. I definitely recommend the caregiver services that Cerna offers. Catalina and the caregivers went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and provide a great service. Thank you very much!

I'm so thankful for Cerna!! We had an unexpected need on Friday afternoon on Easter weekend, and Cerna responded one hundred percent! Our loved one was home in hospice and with a care provider within hours of my initial contact with them, and they provided 24 hour care from that day forward. Catalina was always responsive and so very kind, and she and the team of care providers were some of the loveliest people- they made a very difficult time much better. Thank you Cerna team!

I have Cerna Healthcare coming three times a week for my friend. They have been coming for five hours a day. They take him for walks, they cook his meals, they bathe him, they do some laundry, and some light housekeeping. All the little stuff that everybody does. I have the same caregiver coming and he's wonderful. He's great. He is very sweet, nice, low key, and very professional. The caregiver is excellent.

Cerna Home Care provides 24/7 care. We really liked our caregivers because they're wonderful. The reason we changed to someone else is because of the cost. They were $25 an hour, and then it's over 8 hours or at 9 and a half which could get really costly. We've had several caregivers, and some certainly more experienced than others. But it seems like for overnight care, somebody doesn't need to be on their toes. My dad really liked his night time caregiver, she's really good, and I didn't have any problems with any of them. There were a couple of young girls that were a little on the inexperienced side, but we still didn't have any problems with them. There was one girl that didn't show up for a shift, but that could have been miscommunication.

We are using Cerna. At first, we had a regular person, but then for the past month, we have had several caregivers. They have all been very pleasant, very kind and very helpful for my parents; however, I'm disappointed with the turnover. Also in the beginning, they were very responsive, but one time, when we sent them text or voicemail, we didn't hear back from them for a day. They make sure that my mom bathes, they make light breakfast and light lunch, they do light housekeeping, and they make sure that she is doing her exercise. I appreciated those, but there is just so much turnover. We wanted something with consistency with my mom to build that relationship.

Worst caregiver and management ever! My mom fell and ended up passing bc of these incompetent people!!! Stay away from this company! They say they use the telephone system to see if their employees are present and my mom's caregiver lied and never showed but clocked in from her cell phone! worst ever!!!
