I am a current client of this amazing agency. I signed up in April 2020 during the height of the Pandemic for my paretns. I was so afraid for the safety of my Dad really. He was so fragile and I couldn't be there for them. Good hands in Home Care helped me so much. I was able to get a great caregiver, whos has been there the entire time. Monday- Friday 8-5;00pm. This was the first time we hired an agency and the best decision we ever made was to go with Good Hands in Home Care. They are professional, kind, compassionate and affordable.

They could sit down and spend time with her as she is eating. They just leave the room when she eats. The management needs improvement. I've had nothing but trouble with the manager. She has been portrayed as the owner, but I don't know what she is. She has been verbally abusive.

It's impacting you more than my father. I have to deal with them more than him, but they're just fine. At this point, I would not recommend it. Management has not responded to me in a long time and it's getting on my nerves. No one has emailed me with my many concerns. The care is fine, but I don't like the office.

They help us by being here and being available. They should be more up to date with the scheduling. We had a hard time getting the schedule together.

I'm currently using Good Hands In Home Care Fairfield for my husband. They provide companion care, they clothe him, feed him, do light housework and care for his basic needs. I'm getting less than quality service. They just don't match up my needs with what they have available in caregiving and some of them are just not qualified. Right now we're using 2 people, but we need a Hoyer lift and they're having 2 people come because they don't have one that's qualified. I would suggest that they pay their staff more and give more training.

Good hands in home care Took exceptionally good care of my aunt up until her departure. The company was a God sent to my family and I, they not only took care of my aunt but showed my family incredible support.

I am so sorry grateful for Good Hands In Home Care. They are exactly what our family needs at this time. Their attention to details, thoroughness and caring ways give us the “peace of mind “ that we need during these difficult times. They have proven to be patient and caring and they go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make the right choice for their loved ones!
