Hospice Family Care (Tucson - Tucson)

Brought patient home for hospice and they never brought any pain meds for, so far, six hours. No calls to update. They did four hours of paperwork but could care less about the patient and patient comfort.

It is almost excellent. My mother is getting care every day. Someone comes to look after her and bathes her. I couldn't be happier. They supply some of her medications and her diapers. They're very caring, and they're doing a very good job. She felt very comfortable with them, and they're very aware of her needs. I would definitely recommend Hospice Family Care.

My mom was in Hospice Family Care for a week before she passed away. She was well taken care of when she was there. The people were nice and friendly. The facility was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The patients had their own individual room with TV and furniture. It was fantastic and we were very satisfied with their care for her.

My mom was temporarily in Hospice Family Care only for four days. It was convenient for me at that time because it was close to the nursing home where she had been before they transferred her to this facility. It was small, but it was very nice. The staff were very attentive to her. When she was sent there, we really did think that she was going to pass, but they did such a good job that they made her better and they told me, 'Okay she needs to leave the hospice,' so she is at home with me right now. I would highly recommend Hospice Family Care.

Hospice Family Care offers a beautiful, home-like setting. The doctors, nurses and assistants are professional, compassionate, caring, helpful, sympathetic, kind and show great mercy. They made a difficult, traumatic and sad time so much easier to bear. They deserve both the highest praise and my most sincere and deepest thanks.
