We gathered information from We Care and they had been wonderful from the start. We have this roller coaster experience like a one step forward and 3 steps backwards decision making process. They are just very patient with us and beyond helpful. We looked for homecare for mom but she passed away. Then Dad became ill and is being hospitalized. Every time we turn around something different came out and they've just been very very supportive of us specially now that my dad has gotten ill.

This is the only agency that came by. We talked and decided on things since I only needed a back up. The caregiver helping me right now is only for part time, 3hours everyday. Everything's okay. Somebody from the agency comes by and does good follow up. Everything seems to go well and they give me confident care.
