Arizona's Best Home Care provides us attendant care for 12 hours a week. The scheduling was fabulous. They got her in right away and helped her apply for VA care benefits, so my parents haven't had to pay that. They love the caregiver, she's been great so far.

They have a great office and management staff that's Care for their clients like family. They are very helpful even calling after hours they come to the rescue.

They are unreliable caregiver late more than on time. When time for billing charged for time caregiver not working. Was scheduled to work one evening and no one showed up. When I called service there response was oh well that happens. Do not hire them unless you have a backup.

They are horrible. None of there wokers are trained. They are rude. I would never use them again. They dont even deserve one star .

I would not recommend Arizona's Best Home Care because they lied to and cheated us. We had Medicare and Medicaid set up for my parents and they informed us that they were qualified and would reimburse the amount I paid. But we did not get the money back nor did he attempt to refund any part of that money. The caregivers were not as attentive and I just did not like them.

I was under the impression that people from Arizona's Best Homecare had more training than what they did, but they didn't. Basically I had to train all the help that came in since none of them were trained at even transferring patients or any kind of nursing type skills. We also had a bad experience with one of the girls and Arizona's Best Homecare was still working on that.

It was a good experience with Arizona's Best Homecare. I think if we had to have somebody come back, we would probably use them again. They were very good. My mom didn't want a stranger in her house and she didn't think she needed anybody at home to help her. But the lady from the agency was very nice. She helped mom with her shower, her meals, laundry and ironing. I think they got along pretty well together.
