I have had so many people in here and I am not able to tell the difference. I have had some good one and some not so good ones. I had a girl today that didn't do anything right at all, and I have asked the agency to tell their girls how to clean a kitchen.

They take care of the client during the hours we need them. They should hire reliable, responsible caregivers. Sometimes caregivers don't show up.

Her performance is above anyone else. I am satisfied with the management but there are one to two issues we keep revisiting. There were some issues with the person who is providing the care but we are working out the issues. I want them to leave the caregiver alone unless I complain about them. My issues are with management.

I had a caregiver that was so lazy that she didn't want to do anything. The agency has been helpful in trying to please me in every way. If I have a complaint the agency will take care of it but they don't know what happens day to day.

They help me out tremendously. They give me a break. They are very caring and always concerned for the individual.

I'm a client of Preferred Care at Home. They're very helpful, the girls are pretty nice, and everything is fine. They mostly provide housecleaning. The first one I got wasn't very professional, so I had to get a replacement, which was an easy thing to do, and I got a really good girl and she's got a good work ethic. Communication is very good. They are very respectful, and they always say thank you and inquire how I'm doing. They are just very efficient, so everything is great.
