We put my father-in-law in Cranberry Court. We have my stepdad and recently my mom in there as well. It's much cleaner than the other place. The rooms are much bigger, and the level of care is much more significant than what my father-in-law had at the other place. The staff has been very accommodating to both my stepdad and my mom, too. We feel very comfortable with the staff there. I have not been able to have a meal there. But I've talked to my mom (who is very with it), and she seems to think that the meals are good. My stepdad's room is fairly good-sized. In his room, he has his own bathroom. His room overlooks the courtyard that they have there. I think it's spacious. They have a courtyard that has a walking path that people can get out and walk to. They have a living room and a kitchen for everybody to come and gather in. They have like public bathrooms, too.

My dad is going to move into Cranberry Court. It's a smaller facility, and the people there are amazing. They're very caring and compassionate about his situation. They have apartments, and they also have a single room, which is where he's going to be. It's fairly spacious, and it's has a bathroom right inside the room, which is nice. There are cable hookups, and it's very clean, too. We were given a weekly meal plan so that we could see what food they had. And they do some really fun things, too, like sometimes they order pizza that everybody wants. They offer home cooked type meals, which is nice. And from what I've experienced so far, they have been very good.

My sister-in-law was at the Cranberry Court, and I was very impressed with it. The rooms were a little bit smaller, but it was very clean. The workers were all pleasant to me. I saw the dining area, but it didn't have any residents in it. They were in their rooms because of the COVID. They don't have a refrigerator and a microwave in their rooms, although the microwave isn't that important to me, the refrigerator is. If you want to have some drinks in the room, you can just put it right in the refrigerator, but they don't have that. I liked the layout, too. There's one area where there were birds and chairs, and another area with more chairs and a big TV. They had a courtyard where you could plant flowers, which would also be a great interest to my sister-in-law, because she's got lot of flowers at her home. The rooms don't have showers or bathing areas, but they have them down the hall from the room where she showed me. Quite a few years ago I had a different sister-in-law in Cranberry Court for quite some time, and she had excellent care. That was one of the reasons why I visited there to check them out again.

My dad moved into Cranberry Court on Monday. I really like it, they're very nice, and they're treating him real well. The staff is good, dad likes the food, and it looked good. He has a little kitchenette which is nice, he's got a private bathroom, and he's got his chair, his TV, and everything in there, and it's a good size for him. I liked that it's 2 buildings, there's a courtyard in the middle of both of them, and it's a nice place for them to hang out. They're very friendly, and everything looks good.

Cranberry Court was very nice. The staff was very good. The director was very good at working with us. The food was OK. My father-in-law just wasn't used to eating substantial food like sandwiches. The facility was very clean and very good. They had a lot of activities.

Cranberry Court was fine, they met my price range, and the staff was good. It was very pleasant inside; it was very nice looking. The dining room was very nice, and the food was good. They offer 3 meals a day and snacks. They have Bingo and happy hour. An Elvis impersonator comes once in a while, and they had outings. Mom’s room is adequate; it has a kitchenette and full bath. They could use some help in cleaning, but the location is very accessible.

Cranberry Court was OK. I’ve known that one under a different name, and my parents had stayed there. The staff was very friendly, she showed us all around, and it was fine. The rooms were smaller, but clean.

Cranberry Court has two buildings, and Mom's room is like a mini-apartment. It's not like a skilled nursing place, so it's quite nice. They have activities every day of the week. Throughout the month, they post the activities on the wall and send that information to me about the games, special things for the holidays, and taking the residents out to shops. The staff is really nice. They have three good meals a day. Everything is taken care of. Some rooms have showers and some don't. There are common showers wherein nursing aides assist them. Mom's room has a sink and a microwave and a small refrigerator. Overall, it's quite nice. They have a big main area where everybody eats, and there's a lounge area where they can watch TV, play cards and games, and things like that. There's a courtyard in between the two buildings so the residents can go out and enjoy the flowers and the nice landscaping. I get constant feedback from the Director of Marketing, Tanya Braun, and she is very good at what she does. The people there are very good and are always on top of everything.
