Horrible place, dirty, windows left open in the middle of winter, cares are skipped, food left out for hours. Staff is always outside smoking. If you love your family member DO NOT let them live there.

The staff there is great they are always trying to improve the quality of there service. The director wasn't always there but when she was she would take the time to talk to our family and get to know us as well as our loved one.

Very horrible place the director is rude and never there. The staff are friendly but not very fast. I would not send my pet cat there
