I would stay away from this place. My experience with The Shores of Sheboygan is a bad one. I was a client. I was assigned a room. I was given permission for my possessions to be moved into my room. Five days before I was to be transported to The Shores of Sheboygan, I was dropped as a client. Why? Because my brother had to continuously call the admissions coordinator because she would not answer our questions. Who did they punish? My brother who is not a client. NO. They punished me who was the client and did nothing wrong. Stay away from this place.

The Shores of Sheboygan is very nice. My mother's room is very nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. She loves the food, and she's very happy there. They have Bingo, games, knitting, and a book club. They're very warm, very friendly, and very inviting.

Our mother was a resident at this facility and with their very poor care she got a huge bedsore on her buttocks which she eventually died from. Pam the nurse in charge was rude and unprofessional, she did not provide pain medication promptly when we asked. Moreover our request for position care and cleaning were poorly provided making us wait 30-60 minutes. I would not recommend this place .

The Shores of Sheboygan's administrator was very kind, helpful, and gave me a lot of information on what to look for, even told me to look at other facilities and have a meal. I wasn't that crazy about the layout of the facility and the cost was expensive. The location was good, but the grounds weren't that great.

We put my husband’s aunt in The Shores of Sheboygan. It’s a very nice place with a homey atmosphere. The staff has been very friendly. The food is good. Matt, the director, is easy to work with.
