I think Hawthorne Home is a very nice place. The woman I met that works there is very nice. My mother-in-law seems to be doing OK. We are really happy and very satisfied with it, too. It’s like a big house, and each resident has their own room with their own bedroom. There’s a community living room, dining room, and a couple of bathrooms. It really has what she needs.

I am not impressed. Not a very clean or friendly environment. Activities are few and far between. Meals are usually cold. Staff is mainly on their cell phones. Administratior doesn't return phone calls. Staff complains to family about owners. Very poorly ran.
