Fantastic staff, clean environment, and the best therapy team. The food was also fantastic. It was like being at a restaurant for a lot of the meals. Lots of happy staff. I would recommend the West side ManorCare. They got me back on my feet and home which is where I belong!

ManorCare West treated me very well, and it was a big concern of mine. The staff is very good. I had a private room, and the food was good.

Nice and clean and affordable... Only complaint is THE NOISE!... Not other residents but from the STAFF!!!!... Very loud talking about things not to do with work RIGHT OUTSIDE OF RESIDENTS DOORS!!!!!!!!... My mother is sleeping and I have to keep asking them to please keep it down or go down the hallway more... 20 minutes later right back at it outside her door again... Like I said the staffs unneeded nosiness is my only complaint... I just wish they weren't so loud outside of people's rooms

My mother was a resident at Manor Care of Shawano in 2012. The care and attention she received was exceptional. We were impressed by the caring staff and also the number of staff per resident. Thank you,

My son was in a car accident so he was paralyzed. Manorcare was not my first choice, but I like its location. And it turned out to be very, very nice. I would recommend them to others.
