I toured Silver Springs Health Care Center. They're short on staff. The staff was not engaged. I just walked in and they didn't pay me any attention. The building is outdated. It just smells bad. It wasn't clean. I didn't care for the rooms at all. They were awkwardly shaped and tiny. They're just sitting and watching TV.
