I toured The Havens At Princeton. I thought that place was a lot better than the other facility. It was just bigger. It was a nicer place. It was just nicer looking. The staff was great. Everybody I've met at one of these homes have all been nice. Everybody looked happy there. The rooms were very nice. It was clean. There was no litter.

I would honestly give them 10 stars if I could. Lisa, Tonya, Elizabeth and the care team are second to none. I knew that my mom was well cared for while she was there. My mom loved living there and made some amazing friends. She loved the activities provided and spending time on the back porch rocking chairs. I recently moved my mom into an assisted living closer to me, but if I could have picked up The Havens and moved them closer to me, I would have! I would recommend the Havens to anyone and everyone.

The Havens at Princeton was very pleasant. The staff was very pleasant. The residents were happy. If I had to stay someplace, and it wasn't just location, that would be my first choice. They do have somebody come in, so they do have beauty salon services. They do have a courtyard. Their meals look very appetizing compared to the usual institutional food, but I didn't try it. The staff is very knowledgeable, and has been there for a long time, and knew a lot of things about the area. It was clean and the colors beautiful. There was a lot of furniture that looked like a home instead of an institution, and there's plenty of light.

My aunt has been living in The Havens At Princeton for several months now. I love most that this woman would complain about anything and everything, and she has not complained once. She loves the food, she has a very nice room, she has had no complaints and therefore, I have had no complaints. The food was excellent, they have very good food. Her aides are wonderful, they take very good care of her. If I have any questions about her medicines or her treatment, the nurses are very accessible and the administrator is very helpful. I just haven't had any problems. They take them on outings, they have arts and crafts, and there's a hairdresser there so she gets her hair done. She's pretty active there. Their facilities are beautiful, though I'd like to see them do a little bit more activities. In terms of value for the money, they're very expensive compared to other places that I was looking into and everyone says the same thing. Yet, they take very good care of her and I'm happy she's there.

I was impressed with how community-oriented The Havens at Princeton was. It was like a large family, but they still had independence. It was very nice and clean. They seemed to have a very caring staff, too. My mother tried the food, and it was very good. She actually had checked in there; she was there for one week. It was good. They have a salon in the facility, and they have activities almost every day. They have someone who comes in and does their fingernails, and they have bingo. They just have more than even I had time to learn.

We went to The Havens at Princeton. It was clean, it was decorated nicely. They were extremely helpful. They were forthcoming with information about cost and different forms of payment, different options as far as the rooms, and different types of rooms that they had available. We were met on time, and we didn't feel pressed to make a decision. We were told about the different options for food. It's very nice. They had a courtyard and they had a palace for social gathering inside as well.

My parents just moved into The Havens at Princeton. The staff is awesome, very friendly, and very helpful. All the residents seemed well-kept and taken care of, like you don't see them walking around. They haven't been there very long, but they like the food, and they have been isolated, so they haven't been allowed to participate in any activities yet.

I have my mom moved into The Havens at Princeton. They are wonderful. I like the way it looks and the way it smells. It is also convenient for Mom because she has a sister and two brother-in-laws who live in the area.
