My mother was in Willow Springs Care. She was very pleased with the physical therapist. I think they needed more staff. That was the negative. Her room needed some updating. There was a hole in the door. It was very clean. They closed down their other dining room because they said of COVID, but there's other care facilities and areas that were open. So I tend to think it might have been more due to lack of people. And then when they brought the food to her, it was frequently cold. She was fortunate that she had a single room and it had a bathroom, but it was quite small, and she was having trouble getting in. So it would have been nicer if she'd had a little bit bigger bathroom. They keep it clean, and there's no nursing care home smells about it, which is very good. You hate to go into a place for older people and have it smell funky. The pricing is ridiculous.
