This place is terrible. Wouldn’t leave anyone there. It’s loud, the staff is lazy and rude. The management was the worst I’ve ever seen. Very unclean, linens look worn and dirty after being wash. Please do not leave your loved one there.

Sticky nasty residential room floors that can cause residents and visiting families shoes to stick to the floor. This can causes the older residences to fall. Yet they claim cleaning staff mop daily. Poor water on the floor and use one of their white towels and it will come up black the floors are so dirty in the resident rooms. Residents bathrooms reek of urine and need repair, but claim cleaned daily. Bed sheets not removed and clean sheets put on regular basis, dirty bedding left for weeks. Some staff have their heads in their cell phones during work hours than paying attention to their job. The hallway floors and the staff bathroom are spotless. So, someone isn't doing their job in the residents rooms. That is just a small part of the bigger picture of what isn't being done here by the staff. Resident staff turn over is high. Clothing goes missing, never found or returned and other resident clothing items put in the wrong rooms.

White Settlement Nursing Center is very nice and well-run. Everybody is friendly. The whole place smells really good and I'm impressed with the people. Everything is clean and neat. It's an older place, but it's still one of the nicest places I've seen. The rooms are small, but my friend has everything in there that he needs, like a chest of drawers, a TV, and a night stand. He's very pleased with it. The lady who got him in was wonderful. He also says the food is very good. They have a wonderful variety of activities and they do something almost every day, either there at the home, or they take them on short field tripsto eat or shop. He is very impressed with it. Their pricing is very reasonable too.

My Mom live here for a year. They have many staff that has been here for 10-20+ years. I really made me feel good that the staff care for the residents. Many of them would take their lunch breaks in my Mom's room and chat with her. That made her so happy. I knew I could count on them and their Doctor on staff was very responsive and caring. He was just a phone call away and he always answered his phone. And if there was any concerns from the family he had no problem sending her to the hospital. It is not the newest facility. I had my Mom at a brand new beautiful facility for a short time and their care and staff was horrible. The best thing I ever did was decide to bring her here to White Settlement. I still go by to visit the staff. They truly do care for and love their patients. Thanks so much for the love and care you showed my Mom and myself and my family. It was deeply appreciated.

My mother-in-law was in a nursing home called White Settlement Nursing Center. We're very happy with this facility. It is a very good nursing home. I would speak well of this center to others. Their staff was great. Their care was an aspect that stood out the most. The only thing I think they could improve on is the physical appearance of the building. It was an older facility, yes it was in good shape, but it needed to be updated.
