I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My friend was at Waterton Healthcare & Rehabilitation. I didn't like it. There was a conflict with the medication. Before he had emergency surgery, he could dress himself and get coffee and make cereal in the morning. And now, he couldn't even sit down by himself when he came back. They overdosed him. They didn't listen to me when I told them the medication wasn't right. The staff was not very friendly. In the 20 days he was there, they moved him to three different rooms, and I don't know why. The rooms were nice. They were clean and he had physical therapy there. When my friend went there from the hospital, he was talkative and interactive and he could carry on a conversation. However, the last few times I went to visit, he was tired and sleepy. When I went to get him, he couldn't walk by himself and he couldn't even sit down anymore. The facility was nice, new, and clean. When he went there, he was able to walk with a cane, and then, later on, he couldn't walk by himself, and they never said anything about it.
