Nursing Home came highly recommended. Staff are all very friendly. However, my loved one lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks and got an enormous bed sore while staying there. Staff were supposed to turn her every 2 hours. If this is the best in Sulphur Springs, I would certainly hate to the the worst.
