My wife has been a resident at luvida for four years. Took me a long time to realize my love was never coming home. It was because of Janet and the staff that helped me get a grip on my reality. I spend a lot of time with my wife and I know the staff and residents. There is no one that works at luvida as a job it is there calling like being a teacher. If u r there for a job u will fail. I know I was a teacher. Luvida is the best assistant living memory care facility in Texas. I only expect the best of the best for my wife. She is a classy lady and only deserves the best and that’s what luvida givers her. They also have two great chefs that provide only the best food. I know I check all my wife’s meals and eat there on occasions The facility is kept spotless. Gale is the best. Becky is the best of the best as an actives director. She has so many live artist to entertain the residents and me.

I didn’t care for the director at Luvida Memory Care because of the things she said. I liked the wood flooring, but everything was very open. I didn’t like the design. The director showed us the artworks of the residents on the wall. We ate with her, and the food was good.

I really love Luvida. The facility is beautiful, and they have a lounge with all kinds of recliners, but they didn’t have an activities director, so there weren't any activities. They told me they can take care of my ex-husband's behavioral issues, but they called me twice in two weeks to come over and scold a 66-year-old man, so I pulled him out of there. They have a lot of screamers and people doing dementia and Alzheimer's stuff, and it just didn’t work out. The food was wonderful.

Mom is at Luvida memory Care, and so far, it's wonderful. They were very caring, emphatic, and very helpful. I have her in a shared room, but currently it's just her. Her room is very nice. The furniture is lovely, and I certainly cannot complain. Their dining room is very nice. They have activities all throughout the day and to early evening. They contact me on a regular basis, so that is very assuring for me.
