Parmore Arcadia Trails

Parmore Arcadia Trails is a very nice community. The people around look especially nice. It's neat and clean and quiet. I have a one-bedroom apartment and it is nice, spacious, and quiet. They have activities like get-togethers and dominoes. I also teach a little Bible study on Tuesdays downstairs. My neighbors are all very nice. I like the staff and I especially like the layout. As far as where I'm located, I can keep my shades open and overlook the pool area and they keep it lit. I had one lady tell me I didn't have to cook as much because there are two or three ladies around the corner who cook all the time. The rent was a lot higher at the other places than what I pay here and the facility wasn't as nice as it is here.

I love Parmore Arcadia Trails' location. I love the amenities. The people in the office and everyone is very friendly. It's a brand new place. So they're not finished with the dog park yet and everything is not up to par, but what they have is up to par and I love it. The apartments have a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It's nice and it's a clean area. The pluses are having the washer and dryer hookups, two full baths, and two bedrooms. So it's got a lot of nice amenities. The staff has been wonderful and on point. They're just awesome. They have other rooms where we can go in and do everything. We have a workout place, a meeting room, and an entertainment room. It's lovely. The only complaint I have is I think they put the building together too fast. Like the shelves and stuff are a little loose. Other than that, they told us that they would come in and fix them. So, there's not any problem.
