My Mother was in the Wayne County Nursing Home in Waynesboro, TN. The facility was operated very, very well. The caring attitude in a smaller community really shown through with the staff on a daily basis. The meals were well prepared, the facility is very clean and maintained at the highest standards. Activities were well organized and patients were always encouraged to participate. There was a special emphasis on the Religious activities, organized by the local Ministerial Association. Mother always wanted to return to her home county for her final years. This very well run facility provided that opportunity.

My grand father stayed in this nursing home before he died. I went to visit him there on serveal occassions, and every time I went there the staff was always very helpful. The nursing home it's self is located in a small town that is very nice as well. I would recomend it to anyone.It is alittle hard to find. The food is great for what i remember, and they have a really nice rec room with a piano and really big bird cage that is very clean as well. Nice place for a loved one, and very inexspensive. I have talked to alot of the people the and the residents there seem to be pretty happy. My grand father never complaind about any staff miss treating him, and the nurses there check on all residents pretty offten. Two thumbs up for this nursing home.
