I was at Humboldt Manor Nursing Center and I thought that the care I received was very good. I didn't like that I couldn't have friends and family see me because of COVID-19. However, it was OK in terms of everything. It wasn't perfect, but it was all right. The nurses were nice, they were good, and I had a fairly good experience with the nurses. The place itself was clean, and they did a good job cleaning. I would say that I was satisfied. I would suggest that maybe they could spend more time with each patient, like when they're bathing them, and maybe not hurry so much through stuff like that, but I know they have a lot to do. I got bathed, but they didn't really have time to do extra things like having lotion put on your hands and getting your nails cleaned up.
