Our experience with Page Robbins Adult Day Center overall has been great. Dad goes 3 days a week, the staff is attentive and caring. They get up to 2 meals a day and a snack. The staff has been helpful in every way that I needed so far. They provide activities for my dad to do. The staff is a different person depending on the day, so it's not one set person per person. They're attentive and when you walk in they're there to greet you. They take him to where he needs to be in the building, and they're with the clients all the time.

Page Robbins provided inadequate care to a beloved family member. The staff needs to educate themselves on the side effects of Alzheimer's. They did not understand that memory loss can result in loss of language skills and frustration due to not being able to communicate. Instead of handling my family member's frustration with redirection and kindness, we were told that she needed to be taught not to express her frustration. I am not sure how they expected that to work since she does not even know what day it is. She is now receiving care from medical professionals and social workers who know what they are doing, and we have not had any issues with her expressing her frustration. It is now clear that the problems she was having at Page Robbins were due to inadequate care. I am sorry we did not move her sooner.

Was told to pick up participant at end of day and never come back. Said no other daycare would take her. Totally wrong!! No discussion about discharge ahead of time or any productive conversation to prepare the family. If you thought you saw a problem why not prepare people? That said, after wrongfully discharging my mother the change was detrimental to her psyche and now in critical care at hospital. Top management is horrible.

Page Robbins gives excellent care to their clients and families. They are well staffed with employees and volunteers. The RN on duty keeps the families informed of any problems. They also have monthly support groups for family caregivers. I couldn't ask for better care for my family member.

The staff at Page Robbins are very caring and wonderful people. Their welcoming smiles in the morning are a great start to our day. They do a terrific job engaging our family member to the extent she will participate. I recommend the center constantly.

My mom was a part of Page Robbins for almost 3 years. I was the most reluctant person as I absolutely adored my mother. My mom was suffering from dementia and parkinson's disease and later died of alzheimers so I was so nervous. Before I made the decision to take her to Page Robbins, I must have stopped by 6 times, unannounced to see how they treated their clients. They basically held my hand through the whole thing. The staff was like family to me and my brothers and I can't say enough positive things. My mom was 90 pounds when I started taking her to Page Robbins and because of their wonderful chef, she gained 40 pounds when she was there and always, always had a huge smile on her face. She actually got frustrated that she couldn't go on Saturdays too. I would recommend this Adult Day Care center to anyone!

Page Robbins Adult Day Care in Collierville is a wonderful, happy, caring place! My mom was a participant for over two years. They presented a social atmosphere that had been lost to her for some time. She was able to sing, dance and create art in a fun and friendly setting. They have a wonderful outdoor space with beautiful landscape, walking paths, fountains and seating. Inside is clean and bright with a sunroom, music room, art room and a spacious central area for eating, playing games or watching the many different entertainers that visit, from professionals to school age kids. The staff provides a level of care and stimulation for the participants that is top notch. They also offer caregivers valuable informative and supportive meetings. Page Robbins gave me the comfort of knowing mom was getting the best care during the day and I knew she was having a great time!
