My mother has been living here for months. I've met with her care team (scheduled by them) to discuss my mother's plan and how she is doing. They are all incredibly knowledgable, skilled, observant, interested and so helpful. The facility is beautiful. It's a little dated but very well maintained and staffed. My family loves it and are so happy my mother is safe and well cared for. IT is a GIGANTIC comfort and peace of mind. Thank you Theresa and your team.

Needs more workers because it takes hours for them to change diapers and put them in there beds! And some of the nurses are hateful and mean! They there just to get paid! They don't care about the people that need them to help them! Please do better!

My aunt is in Prince George Healthcare Center nursing home. She says she gets more attention there. It seems like the staff members are friendlier than where she used to be. She gets their attention and care. They were excellent and patient. She says the food there is really good. They also have activities like movies and bingo.

Prince George Healthcare Center was a very nice facility. I really liked the very personable approach they took. The day that he went there, he was medically transported, and I went by car. As soon as I got out of my car, the lady greeted me and took the time to talk to me about my husband and his likes. It was very personable from the get go. It gave me a very good first impression. The service was excellent and above. My husband was able to figure out how to get out of the locked doors and they still treated him and did the best that they could possibly do to help him with his rehabilitation. I received frequent updates. When he was unable to use the phone, they would make phone calls for him. They were very accommodating. They changed his room arrangement so that he could be closer to the nurses' station. They did everything they possibly could to work with him, even though he was a flight risk. I really appreciated them doing that. Any time they changed the medication, I got a phone call. They did everything they were supposed to do and more.

I was satisfied with everything at Prince George Healthcare Center. Everything was okay, and I saw no problems. Everything seemed to be working fine there as I walked around. The facility is in a little quiet location out in the woods. If you go outside the building, it's so beautiful to sit out there. I've never seen so many trees. It was a peaceful place. There are no highways. The people were very friendly. The person there was very professional. They had a lot of aides and people helping out; they seemed to take care of their patients nicely.
